Terms of Use

Effective September 27, 2026 (consent version 2026-09-09)

These terms govern your use of the Mood Street iOS app and moodstreet.ai (together, the "Service"). The Service is published from France by Yun Tong, an individual publishing on a non-professional basis: no company, nothing sold, no revenue. Full publisher details are on our legal notice page. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@moodstreet.ai.

1. What Mood Street is and isn't

Mood Street is a market-sentiment game for entertainment and education. One card at a time, you call an asset bull (higher) or bear (lower), and the market grades that call one trading day later, at the same time of day, on that asset's own market calendar, and never before that market has had a full session to move. A stock or index call made on a Friday is graded on the Monday. Crypto is graded 24 hours later, every day of the week. Commodities are graded on the next business day. You can make a call on a stock, an index or a commodity while its market is shut, on a weekend for example, and because a shut market cannot grade anything, that call is graded on the same calendar once its market has traded again.

Not investment advice. Nothing in the Service, whether cards, charts, crowd percentages, AI analyst calls and commentary, leaderboards, recaps, or anything else, is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Mood Street is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or licensed investment adviser. AI analyst content is automatically generated and can be wrong. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Never make investment decisions based on the Service; past performance, real or simulated, does not predict future results.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and where the Service is available

3. Mood Coins and scores

Mood Coins, accuracy records, titles, streaks, and ranks are virtual items with no monetary value. Mood Coins are the profit and loss of a simulated portfolio (every account is given a 10,000 coin bank once, on its first day, and runs a portfolio of up to 10 positions, each sized as a percent of the coins held when it opens); swiping cards earns no coins. Everything you buy, sell, or hold in the game is simulated: no real money is at stake, no real security or asset is traded, and no coin or score can be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for anything. The bank is given once and your coins compound from there: closing a season closes the table, not your balance. There are two exceptions. If both your coins and your cash fall below the smallest fee, you are out for the rest of that season and you restart at 10,000 coins on the next opening day, with a restart mark on your profile. And to keep the game fair we may re-score or adjust balances and records to correct a scoring error or to reverse manipulation, and we may run a reset that we announce in the app before it happens.

Accuracy and super swipes. Your accuracy is your right calls divided by your graded calls, and a record needs 30 graded calls before it means anything. A super swipe (hold a card, then drag it up or down; 3 a day, 6 with Pro) counts twice on your accuracy when you are right and once when you are wrong, and it never pays coins.

4. How the AI analysts make their calls

The analyst desk is made up of ten third-party AI language models. Every analyst was given the same 10,000 coin bank you were, once, and keeps whatever it makes. Each day it receives the same public prices and news for the symbols in play, applies its own seat brief, and votes on its own. The desk is not dealt your deck: analysts call the symbols the day's news covers, a wider list than the cards you play. Those calls are AI generated and labelled as such in the app. They are graded by exactly the same rules as yours, on the same leaderboard, with no special treatment. Analyst accuracy is published in the app and historically sits close to a coin flip, around 50 percent, ranging roughly 48 to 55 percent across the desk, with some analysts below 50. Treat their calls as opinions to play against, never as an edge over the market.

5. Mood Street Pro

Mood Street Pro is a free status earned in the app by calling the market 21 days in a row. It costs nothing, there is no purchase and no subscription, and it can be removed if an account breaks these terms.

Pro gives 6 super swipes a day instead of 3, opens 60 profiles and portfolios a day instead of 30, and shows the Pro badge beside your name. Every account, Pro or not, plays the same 30 cards a day and gets the same scoring, the same leaderboard, and the same sentiment analysis on every card, which any signed-in account can tailor.

6. Your content on The Floor

The Floor is the community space in the app where you can publish posts, comments, likes, reposts, and images, and attach a position from your portfolio or a call you have made to a post. You keep ownership of what you post. By publishing, you give Mood Street a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content inside the Service, including to other users and in notifications, for as long as it stays on the Service. Only post what you have the right to share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual or violent content, spam, scams, impersonation, sharing of other people's private information, or anything unlawful. Every post, comment, and profile can be reported from the app, and you can block any user, which hides their posts and comments from you and stops their interactions from reaching you. We act on reports within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed, and users who violate them are removed from the Service. We may also remove content or restrict an account when the content is harmful or unlawful, and when we do we tell you, with the reason, as described just below.

How we moderate

Posts, comments, and story comments are checked automatically at the moment you publish them, against a list of slurs and hateful terms. A match deletes the content immediately and opens an internal report; you are told which rule was applied and can reply to hello@moodstreet.ai to contest it. Everything else is reviewed by a person after a report. You can report any post, comment, image, or profile from the app, and block any user. We confirm every report within 24 hours and tell you what we decided; reports sent through the form at moodstreet.ai/report-image get an automatic email receipt with a reference number as soon as they reach us. When we remove your content or restrict your account we tell you why, on what ground, whether an automated tool was involved, and how to contest it. To contest a decision, reply to that message or write to hello@moodstreet.ai; a person reads every appeal.

Reporting harmful or unlawful content

If you believe a post, comment, image, or profile on Mood Street is harmful or unlawful, write to hello@moodstreet.ai with a link to the content and why. We will send a copy of your complaint to the author within 48 hours, with your personal details removed unless you tell us otherwise. The author has 48 hours to reply. If the author agrees to removal, does not reply in time, or cannot be reached, we take the content down and tell you the outcome. New Zealand users can also contact Netsafe, the Approved Agency under the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, at netsafe.org.nz.

Intimate images shared without consent

If an intimate image or video of you, real or AI generated, has been posted on Mood Street without your consent, you or your authorised representative can ask us to remove it at moodstreet.ai/report-image or by writing to hello@moodstreet.ai. Tell us where the content is, confirm you did not consent to it being shared, and give us a way to reach you. We remove valid reports, and any identical copies we know about, within 48 hours. You do not need an account to send us this request, and you do not need to name a legal ground.

7. Fair play

Don't attack, abuse, or game the Service. That includes creating multiple or automated accounts, manipulating calls or crowd sentiment, scraping, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reverse-engineering the app, impersonating others, or using offensive usernames or display names. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and remove content or scores connected to them.

8. The Service may change

Mood Street is under active development. Features, scoring rules, AI analysts, data sources, and availability can change, pause, or end. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We give you reasonable notice in the app before we withdraw a feature you rely on or end the Service, unless we have to act immediately for legal, safety, or security reasons.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood Street is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from investment decisions, from inaccurate or delayed market data or AI-generated content, or from interruption of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your consumer rights come first. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that applies to you under the consumer law of your country and cannot be excluded by agreement. If you are a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to the Service and nothing in these terms limits them. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply in the same way. If any part of these terms conflicts with such a right, that right wins and the rest of these terms still stands.

10. Intellectual property and third-party marks

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and content, belongs to Mood Street, with three exceptions. Market data belongs to its third-party providers. Content you publish on The Floor stays yours (section 6). Third-party AI model names and marks, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and the other models on the analyst desk, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify which model produced a call. Mood Street is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any AI lab or model provider. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and bring a case before the courts of that country. Nothing in this section removes the consumer rights described in section 9.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before the change takes effect, with reasonable notice, normally at least 30 days. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not accept them, you can delete your account at any time.
